No. You simply let us know the flowers you want to feature in your stationery suite and we create the designs behind the scenes.
The only product a full wreath appears on is an invitation. For any other products, flourishes will be used at our discretion to create designs.
You will receive your final printed products within 4 weeks of order so it’s best to work back from this timeframe.
Prices range from XXX to XXX. Costs vary depending on product quantities and chosen paper, material and print methods. For your ease, our website has a built in calculator so that you can get an estimation in real time as you input your order.
We work with clients from all over the world but if you’re ordering from outside the UK, please leave an extra couple of weeks so that your order reaches you in time. Orders will always be shipped to you via courier or recorded delivery and the value of the box contents will always be fully insured.
No.
This is no problem, you can place two separate orders to work with your timings.
Once your order is placed, our team will email you a full-colour digital proof of your ordered products within 3 business days for you to approve text before the designs go to print. The payment includes two complementary changes to text only at final artwork stage. After this any additional proofs are charged at £25.00 each.
When calculating product numbers, it’s always best to allow for a few extras incase you have last minute additions to your guestlist. For mailing products, always order the amount based on how many addresses you’re sending to, rather than the number of people attending as many are likely to be couples. If you are having envelopes scribed by a calligrapher, order a few more to allow for possible mistakes.
Traditionally, save the dates should be sent out seven months to a year in advance and invitation packs should be sent out from three to five months in advance. If your wedding is overseas, we recommend sending save the dates nine months to a year and a half prior to your wedding.
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, unfortunately once payment is received, we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

Yes, for invitations there are add-on processes available for an additional cost:
Foil is stamped onto the paper leaving a slight impression. You can have either metallic foil, which has a light-reflecting sheen, or a solid colour with a matte finish. The colour options to choose from are charcoal, gold or rose gold.
To finish the artwork beautifully, you can choose a colour to have printed around the edge of your product. The sides will be subtly slanted inwards (bevelled) so the edge is visible from the front. The colour options to choose from are blue, green, pink, orange, red, yellow, lilac, grey, silver, gold or rose gold.
You can download our spreadsheet template here. Upload your completed spreadsheet when you order the product it relates to.

If you realise you’ve made a mistake with your spreadsheet, please contact XXX within two business days from upload (starting the day you submit the spreadsheet) otherwise we regret that we will not be able to make changes or issue any reimbursement.
