No orders will be confirmed, started, sent to print or shipped before full payment is received.
After full payment has been made, you will receive your printed goods within four weeks. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please leave two extra weeks to allow additional time for delivery.
Should there be a delay in timings due to unforeseen circumstances, Kinship Press cannot take responsibility. However, we will keep you up to date with your order.
Once your order is placed, our team will email you full-colour digital proofs of your ordered products within five business days for you to approve before the designs go to print. The payment includes one complementary change to text and flower choice at proof stage should it be required. After this, any additional proofs are charged at £25.00 each.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing party to proofread and double check all ordered products. We would recommend printing the proof out to 100% to check for layout, spelling and grammar, and all the details of the event including names, dates, addresses, timings and locations. We always advise getting someone who has not seen the products before to provide a second pair of eyes.
The payment includes one complementary change to text and flower choice at proof stage. After this, any additional proofs are charged at £25.00 each. Each new PDF that is sent is considered a proof. If you need to make any changes to the text in your proof, please notify Kinship Press as soon as possible at help@kinship-press.com. Please ensure that you include your order number in the subject line.
If you are ordering products where guest’s addresses are required, the purchasing party must provide the final guest list with accompanying details in the required format at the time of order. This ensures we can keep on top of print and production deadlines. Proof approvals submitted without a final guest list will incur an additional production fee of £25.00.
Computer screens and web browsers can display colours differently than how they appear on printed products. The digital PDF proofs are used as a guide only and even if you print them out at home, they are not guaranteed to be an accurate representation of your final products.
Due to the bespoke nature of the work, if reprints and/or extra products are required at a later date, Kinship Press cannot guarantee exact colour matching of previous runs due to the printing processes involved.
However, rest assured, we work with the most experienced printers to make sure everything is of the highest and most beautiful quality.
We will only go to print once we’ve had sign-off from you. If a mistake is spotted after the products have been signed off and sent to print, regrettably Kinship Press cannot take any responsibility and the full cost of the order will be payable in order to re-print.
Please check your products thoroughly when they are received and notify help@kinship-press.com if there are any problems within 7 working days from receipt. Please ensure that you include your order number in the subject line.
Kinship Press retains copyright and ownership of all artwork and relating materials delivered to the purchasing party. This agreement applies to any image, graphics, digital assets, digital images or physical products created by Kinship Press and delivered to the purchasing party.
Original artwork, and all materials relating, shall not be intentionally destroyed, damaged, altered, retouched, modified or changed in any way whatsoever without the written consent of Kinship Press. Artwork used for any purpose not directly related to the determined event must be with the express permission of Kinship Press and may include the payment of additional fees, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
We ship all products from the United Kingdom and we are able to send orders all over the world. If you are unsure if your country is included in our mailing list, please contact us before placing and paying for your order to check.
Our mail goes via a recorded delivery service or courier and parcels are insured to the full value of their content. Kinship Press are not responsible for any delays on the part of the shipping carrier due to unforeseen circumstances nor are we liable for any custom fees or import duties. Kinship Press is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by the purchasing party’s error either – including any incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the purchasing party, or deliveries signed for by neighbours or unknown people and/or left in a presumed ‘safe space’. Please ensure someone you know will be able to sign for your package if you are unable to.
Kinship Press is not responsible for your products once they are sent out to your guests. We highly recommend that you order extra copies to account for lost, damaged or returned items that may occur during transit time.
Kinship Press reserves the right to display all designs and related photographs in their portfolio, on their website, in sample packs and on social media. We will never display artwork used for an event until after it has taken place. If you would prefer that your products are not featured, please let us know within 5 working days of completing your order. You can reach us at help@kinship-press.com. If any products or designs are featured on any social media platform or editorial, Kinship Press must be fully credited.
Upon receipt of full payment, we create each custom product individually in our studio. Therefore, due to the custom nature of our work, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the event of cancellation.
We may from time to time modify these Terms and Conditions. Any modifications will be posted on this page. You agree that it is your responsibility to periodically review the website and these Terms and Conditions and to be aware of any modifications.
